Our razors are manufactured with the same Aerospace processes and in the same facility that produces components for the Mars Rover, International Space station, and production style work on Low Earth Orbit Satellites. This razor is designed and manufactured with extreme precision in mind.

While most of our competition builds in allowance for casting and painting, Henson Shaving required and achieved remarkable less than five ten-thousandth of an inch (0.0005) tolerance on critical dimensions through the machining and anodizing process.

This means your blade sits straight every time. The blade support creates the most accurate blade exposure on the market. Accurate blade exposure combined with our unique design means no vibration in the blade (or chatter). Chatter is what causes razor burn and in-grown hairs.

Great Razor

I'm fairly new to DE shaving, however this razor works very well and is very easy to use. I would defiantly recommend at least a medium if you are shaving your face.

Henson Shaving AL13

So far so good, 3 shaves in. I went from a cheap double-edge from Target, with which I often nicked myself, to Harry's 5-blade disposable cartridges, which often left my face red, to this, which is excellent for a daily shave, leaving my face pretty immaculate. I did have a little irritation on the first shave but that was probably due to A: not being used to the razor and pushing too hard, and B: shaving off a full beard which involved a lot of repeated scraping.

Amazing Shave!

I've been using a cheap Gillette safety razor for over a year and switch to this one made a huge difference. High-quality parts and a better shave. Great product!

Not just a pretty face

The main reason I bought my tan, medium Henson is, it's a great looking razor made using quality engineering and materials. I didn't expect it to be all that different from my Merkur, maybe a little better. It’s a LOT better. This thing is smooth. It's at least as comfortable as your girlfriends new 5 blade, store bought Gillette Venus that you had to use in an emergency. The precise angle and blade exposure that this razor has actually does make a huge difference, like they claim. I popped a new blade in and shaved my neck, under my beard with no water OR cream (good skin) and got a nice, close shave with more comfort than I thought possible. Also, I couldn’t sleep one night and ordered it from bed at like 4am. Razor Emporium had it shipped by the time I woke up in the morning. Thanks guys!
