In my personal opinion, I’m not really sure what the real world use case for it is. Presumably it’s to travel with a blade in your razor and it’s great at doing that, but I generally think it’s also better to travel with the head detached from the handle so there’s no tension at all between the two parts that might allow it to break or bend. I also have the steel colored razor and think that it would probably look better with black, so I’m planning on getting the full carrying case at some point. Of course the carrying case is much more expensive than cover. The product itself looks great and is very high-quality.
