I bought a Gillette ball end replica handle back in February at the wet shavers meetup. Recently I found a Gillette old type ball end razor from 1921 for only $15.00 at East valley antiques in Mesa, Arizona. The plating is in great shape. The ball end replica hsndle really goes good with it. It looks beautiful. I look forward to shaving with it. The original handle has hair line cracks just like Matt talked about so I’m glad i got it I sbdolutely love it I highly recommend the Gillette ball end replica handle if you need one.

I tried using a generic SS Ball end handle on my NEW type. But, It do not fits in the original Gillette box. This one fits ok. Also, my NEW head is brass color and the SS didn't matched. This one does.

Great handle. I bought it to replace the factory handle on a KC Gillette DE razor I bought a few years ago, which I've always thought a bit heavy and cumbersome. This handle is both lightweight and comfortable in the hand, along with just the right length for my hand. Also the knurled finish is superior in non-slip compared to the factory handle. ( The result actually makes a very nice travel razor) Flawless workmanship. Kudo's to Razor Emporium, as usual.

This aftermarket razor handle is a little on the short side, but nicely weighted and well knurled. Mine hosts a Razorock Game changer in a travel kit, and it's perfect. More compact than many of the machined aftermarket handles I have purchased from Razorock and elsewhere. Feels like an upgrade.
