Outstanding scent, outstanding performance. I look forward to each release. The 1955 is a great everyday soap, the 1966 is like a fresh spring day, or fun summer evening. Love the tallow base, as it is easy to lather.

Rex has proven once again that it is much more than a hardware manufacturer. This tallow line, starting with the 1955 product line and continuing with this 1966 line, is outstanding. It is superior in both base and in scent. This is a refreshing scent and wonderful lathering and shaving experience.

1955 was such a great product that I could not wait for the release of this product. I have been using this exclusively for the past 2 weeks and lets just say Rex did not disappoint with this. Since the base is the same the performance is second to none. The scent is also great and I am a huge bergamot fan however, that is overpowered by the tangerine/orange that's in this. All in all I defiantly recommend this product line to anyone and I encourage you to pick this up along with the matching splash or balm for one of the best shaves you have ever had!
