Description

The Small Batch Shaving Soap line is the culmination of a decade in the wet shaving community. We've taken the best of the best from our favorite formulas and produced our own soaps right here in our Phoenix, AZ workshop. These shaving soaps are made entirely from scratch in house from natural and vegan ingredients. The lather quality is wonderful and it provides a clean, slick shaving surface without any heavy feeling on your skin or irritating after effects. With glycerin for glide and shea butter for skin conditioning and a great post-shave feel, this soap is a terrific addition to any shave den.

The Scent:

Barbershop scent is clean, fresh and natural and is a celebration of "classic" masculinity. With notes of musk, geranium, bergamot, oakmoss, orange zest and patchouli.

Ingredients:

Stearic acid, water, coconut oil, potassium hydroxide, glycerin, shea butter, fragrance, sodium hydroxide

This was the first shave soap I’ve used since returning to wet shaving a year ago. Excellent product that gave me a hint of barber shop I went to in the 1950’s. I’m 80 now. Thank you!

For me, a little more leather and tobacco scent would truly remind me of that old shop. Keep up the great work.

Great scent

I love this soap and it's grown into one of my favorites. Overall, I feel this scent is more of a clean/fresh scent than barbershop. However, this is also why I love barbershop scents because they're open to interpretation. This soap lathers great and provides good slickness. I wish the scent stayed around longer. To help with this, I pair this soap with its matching aftershave balm. Overall, this is a must own if you're looking into RE for their soaps. it's a staple in my shave den. Awesome job RE!

Not all barbershop soaps are created equally

This stuff would lather in a minnow bucket with a wire grill brush. It’s great !! Lathered nicely and very Smooth on my face, No burns or scrapes with this. Thanks
