Description

The Small Batch Shaving Soap line is the culmination of a decade in the wet shaving community. We've taken the best of the best from our favorite formulas and produced our own soaps right here in our Phoenix, AZ workshop. These shaving soaps are made entirely from scratch in house from natural and vegan ingredients. The lather quality is wonderful and it provides a clean, slick shaving surface without any heavy feeling on your skin or irritating after effects. With glycerin for glide and shea butter for skin conditioning and a great post-shave feel, this soap is a terrific addition to any shave den.

The Scent:

Barbershop scent is clean, fresh and natural and is a celebration of "classic" masculinity. With notes of musk, geranium, bergamot, oakmoss, orange zest and patchouli.

Ingredients:

Stearic acid, water, coconut oil, potassium hydroxide, glycerin, shea butter, fragrance, sodium hydroxide

Barbershop

Really good shaving soap. It lathers easily and doesn't dissipate, smells great:)

Wonderful soap

This soap is easily of the same quality as the Phoenix shaving soaps, which i use often. I found with my first shave with this soap i got the best lather I’ve had in quite a while, i use the bloom/soak method and this soap takes very well to that. I will be buying more of this soap when i run out. The scent is wonderful as well, I’m not usually a fan of coconut oil based anything, but the coconut oil in this is so reserved that i can’t smell, i love the scent here.

A Great New Soap

I'm branching out and trying new soaps and was excited to try out RE's small-batch offerings. I waited for Barbershop to be restocked and found it to be worth the wait. It has a classic barbershop scent that isn't at all overpowering and provides a great shave. I found that it required a little more water than my other soaps but, once I got the ratio right, I was able to produce a nice, thick, rich lather that provided a slick base for my shave. Highly recommended.

My new favorite!

Today I tried Razor emporiums barber shop shave soap. First the sent is great not over powering but very nice. The shave was awesome leathers very fast and enough to do at least three passes. My face remained slick during the entire shave without drying out like some shave soaps I have tried. I definitely recommend giving this one a try you won't be disappointed. I will be trying all of them in the near future. Keep making these soaps they are awesome Razor emporiums!
