Auf Razoremporium bin ich durch YouTube aufmerksam geworden. Ich mag Matt's Videos. Ich wollte unbedingt einen Fatboy besitzen, jedoch keinen alten und abgenutzten, sondern einen "wie neu". Die Bestellung klappte perfekt. Das ganze dauert ein paar Wochen, jedoch habe ich auf Anfragen stets sehr schnell Antworten erhalten. Auch die Lieferung war nachvollziehbar. In Deutschland musst ich das Päckchen persönlich beim Zoll abholen. Es waren noch etwa 30€ Einfuhrumsatzsteuer zu entrichten. Das war mir aber egal. Der Rasierer war gut verpackt von "DJ". Der Zustand und die Funktion sind neuwertig. Der Rasierer ist wunderschön. Ein guter Kauf! Ich liebe das Ding! Vielen Dank an das Team von Razoremporium!

This is the first razor my mother gave to me as a kid in elementary school and I lost it over the years. I was so happy to find one just the one my mother gave to me. As long time fan of wet shaving and having choice; this razor fits the bill.

I ordered the Fatboy and have been waiting for it now for 5 months. I ordered it in May and it was despatched in September by postal service despite my request to use a first class courier service (against additional payment of course). The request was confirmed but it was not followed up on. As a consequence I lost the money that I paid for the fatboy and as I never the razor. At first when I wanted to place the order I was very impressed with the speed of reply. It was on a Saturday and virtually immediately got a reply from the great Mr Matt himself. Once the order was placed replies and updates on the progress were scarce and despite emails that I sent in regards to "non receipt" of the razor, I never received a reply. I cant comment on the quality of the razor because I never received it, but because of this reason and the fact that I find the after sales follow up and replies miserable, I will never place any orders with this company and can't recommend them to anyone.
