The blades were the best I recommend the blades to anyone who has thick beard I used it with the 1912 gem razor it taken off the beard without a fuss.

The sharpest-feeling of the GEM blades currently sold by RazorEmporium. In my MicroMatic Open Comb this blade is super aggressive and uncomfortable, but it does yield a very close shave. In my Featherweight, it is smooth, comfortable, and yields very nearly as close a shave. This is my preferred blade, even if it does make the more aggressive GEMs a bit of a bear to use - the results are quite good.

Good sharp blades what else can you say. They will shave!

I ordered forty GEM SE blades as I have a number of SE razors including a Valet Autostop which takes a desplined GEM blade. They are quite sharp and for me, give three great shaves before starting to tug. Very satisfied.
